She stands at 4”11.5 and there’s no stopping this little ball of fire.

Nikki was once an avid young creative competitor and is now a Creative Director at BBDO Guerrero. She represented her country, the Philippines, as a tenacious Art Director in three of the biggest international ad competitions— Cannes Lions Young Lions, Spikes Asia Young Spikes, and AdStars New Stars.

Her career started in Tribal DDB Philippines as a Multimedia Artist and quickly went up the ladder to Associate Creative Director in just a matter of a few years. Nikki has earned multiple local and international awards mostly for design-focused campaigns. Today, you can find her working on brands like PEPSICO, Mountain Dew, Selecta, the Department of Tourism Philippines, and Unilever.

Nikki is also one of ten women chosen to take part of the first-ever See It Be It program in Asia. She sees to rally for more opportunities for female creatives in advertising.

Be wary. Her fire for competition and creativity hasn’t faded as she currently focuses most of her energy mentoring young advertising fellows.
